    I’m using Elementor to build my site and thinking about getting rid of him, the site is a bit slow and could use a boost in speed, performance and SEO. all I care about is the Google Page Speed score. I saw someone suggesting ACF, saying it’s the best in WordPress and runs the fastest.

      ACF is not a page builder. Two totally different beasts. However you can build very fast loading sites with Elementor and you can build painfully slow sites with even the most lightweight page builder.
